You first heard their sound with their remix of Priss’ On My Way. There after the demand started steadily growing for more of this PolyRhythm sound. So it is our out most pleasure to introduce to you, YOU IN MIND – PolyRhythm featuring A. Salih. PolyRhythm means “many rhythms” from Soul/Funk/Afro-Beat/Latin/ House/ and everything in between. DJ/Producers David Jonez and Val Carrique originally created the name for their New York based party in 2007. Using live percussion synonymous with their native countries Uruguay and Cuba and combining it with the deep and soulful grooves of the New York City underground has created a base for what is now known as the “PolyRhythm” sound. From their remixes, original productions, events, and DJ performances, Val And David are on their way to taking this music we all love to higher heights. Keep a look out people cause the future has arrived.
A. Salih (pronounced lee) is a true definition of a triple threat. Singer/songwriter and dancer, A. Salih forays on the music scene as industry veteran and the first artist signed to his mentor’s (Crystal Waters) record label, Crystal Drops Records. His much-anticipated album debut is schedule to be released next year, but this strikingly talented multi-tasker has already made his presence felt within the entertainment scene. When it comes to A.
