For the 5 Years of Lazy Days, we invited 4 of our favorite remixers to revisit a track from the catalog. Exclusive to Traxsource, we have 3 great remixes from Llorca under his much celebrated Art of Tones moniker. His choice was easy, Tortured Soul You Found A Way. For this remix, he turned to his early NYC House influences to give us one of the best Soulful House song we heard in a long time. Timeless and classic. Coming next, we have Ian Pooley, Crazy P and Greg Wilson in the mix!

THE HYPE
Yes, the Nick Jones Experience returns to Nite Grooves after some years of hiatus. It’s lovely to have him back on board for another eclectic set of Soulful/Jazzy House jams entitled the Metamorphasis EP. First up on this collection is “Club Add Theme” which embodies so much atmosphere you’d swear you were at a live jam session. The session continues with “Epidemic of Love” and with its classic chords you’d swear you instantly back when Roy Ayers was…(dare I say) THE SH*T! However, things switch up with “Buttermilk” which is set to a funky 4/4 and chords that remind you of Sunday mass service. To also refresh your mind of the Nick Jones Experience included the ensemble are the classics “Harmonies,” “Playa,” and “Nick’s Theme.” This is definitely a funky and delightful experience you have to add to your Soulful House collection!
